How long does shipping take for my order?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for tattoo machines?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened equipment. For tattoo machines, we also provide a manufacturer's warranty that covers any technical defects within the first year of purchase.
